Specifications: 1) The essential product of textile, dyeing, non-woven cloth, plastic, and other heating compounding and embossing machinery; 2) The structures include hollow, single-layer, multi-layer and surrounding holing; 3) Thin, long and flexible rotation; 4) Materials: stainless steel, aluminum alloy and seamless pipe; 5) Requirements: highest finish, flatness and finish can reach Ra0.01μm (Grade XIV); Technical requirements: 1) Welded with seamless pipes or reel pipe; 2) With annealing treatment, and intermediate frequency quenching for special requirements; 3) Counter boring, with even wall thickness; 4) Little deformation after being heated (The diameter ratio below 1:4, when heated to 200°C deformation ≤ 0.025mm); 5) Hardness of surface chromeplate is HRC62.
